YES to RETAIN Supreme Court Justices Francis, & Sasso
Both justices were appointed by Governor DeSantis
YES to RETAIN Judges Ray, Thomas, & Thomas
Republican governors appointed all three judges. All of them have demonstrated a conservative record on the court, particularly in recent cases involving defending Gov. DeSantis's Congressional map, his relocation of illegal immigrants to Democrat areas, and other legal issues involving conservative policies.
YES on Amendment 1
Brings transparency to school board elections by making them partisan.
YES on Amendment 2
Creates a right to hunt and fish in the Florida Constitution, safeguarding those rights against blue-area governments and potential federal or legal attacks from leftwing activists.
No Opinion on Amendment 3
Amendment 3 legalizes recreational marijuana. The Bay County Republican Executive Committee membership was split on this amendment, but dedicated to working with local elected officials to protect family public areas from marijuana use should it pass.
NO on Amendment 4
This radical amendment would give Florida the most extreme abortion protections in the country. It removes any limits, allows non-doctors to prescribe abortions, limits parental knowledge in abortion decisions, and opens the door to tax-dollars being used for abortions.
YES to Amendment 5
Adds inflation adjustments to Floridian homestead tax exemptions.
YES to Amendment 6
Eliminates a public campaign finance program, which effectively allows campaign consultants to be subsidized by tax dollars.
